Milestone birthdays, anniversaries, and family reunions all fit comfortably here. The Castle holds eight bedrooms across three levels and sleeps up to 15, so three generations can spread out without anyone feeling cramped. The main level opens into a family room with a fireplace, alongside a kitchen and dining area that seats 22 — the whole group at one table.
Out on the water and across the grounds
The estate sits on eight gated, wooded acres of private Lake Lanier waterfront, with its own dock and an on-site fleet: two tri-toons, a wake boat, two jet skis, a paddle boat, kayaks, and paddleboards. Back on land there’s a pool with an eight-person hot tub and a sauna, a recreation field for pickleball, sand volleyball, bocce, basketball, and cornhole, and a rooftop lake bar with a fire-pit table for the evening.

David greets every group on arrival for a walkthrough of the home, and typically replies within an hour during daytime ET. You book direct with the owner — no property manager, no key-box, no OTA service fee.

- The home sleeps up to 15 overnight across eight bedrooms, and the house rules welcome family gatherings and reunions with a maximum of 39 attendees on the property.
- Can we hold a wedding here?
- No — the county will not permit the home as a wedding venue, and ticketed events aren't allowed either. The home is a wonderful setting for birthdays, anniversaries, and family reunions.
- What's set up for a group on-site?
- A private dock with an on-site water fleet (two tri-toons, a wake boat, two jet skis, and paddlecraft), a pool with an eight-person hot tub and sauna, a rooftop lake bar with a fire-pit table, and a recreation field with pickleball, sand volleyball, bocce, basketball, and cornhole.

- Are pets allowed?
- Yes — pets are welcome with a $300 per-pet deposit at booking.
