I’ll be your host.
I’m not a rental company. I’m one person with two lake homes in the north Georgia mountains, and I live thirty minutes from each of them. Close enough to hand you the keys myself.
That’s how I run things. I meet every arriving guest in person, do the walk-through myself, and stay one call or text away for the whole of your stay. No property manager, no concierge service, no call center. If something comes up, it’s me who answers.
I’m not building a chain. I host the way I’d want to be hosted: by the person whose name is on the door. When both homes are booked, I’m not looking for a third.

It starts on Lake Chatuge.
David opens the Lodge in the Blue Ridge foothills above Lake Chatuge — owner-hosted from the first stay, never delegated.

A home becomes the Castle.
David sees a stone lakefront home on Lake Lanier's north shore and envisions a castle. A million-dollar renovation brings it to life — and the investment in the property hasn't stopped since.

Direct booking, lower rates.
Pull the homes off the OTA exclusivity and open a direct-book site. Same nights, no 14% guest fee — we passed the savings back.
