The Lodge holds nine bedrooms and room for 16, with three family rooms spread across three levels — built for multi-family stays and group retreats. Two full kitchens plus a kitchenette mean more than one team can cook at once, so a large group never bottlenecks around a single stove.

The home sits at the end of a wooded road with no close neighbors, on Lake Chatuge with its own dock. There’s a 20×50 pool with attached waterfalls and a hot tub, court sports — pickleball, volleyball, bocce, and basketball — and a long porch with views of the lake and the Blue Ridge foothills. A Luxury Tri-toon and paddlecraft wait at the dock from May through mid-September.

You book direct with the owner-host — no property manager. David typically replies within an hour during daytime ET. Downtown Hiawassee is ten minutes away, and Brasstown Bald is twenty.
