Group & Corporate Retreats on Lake Chatuge
A private nine-bedroom lodge on Lake Chatuge in the Blue Ridge foothills — sleeps 22, with three family rooms across three levels for a team offsite or a multi-family group retreat. Hosted in person by David.
Built for the whole group
The Lodge holds nine bedrooms and room for 22, with three family rooms spread across three levels — built for multi-family stays and group retreats. Two full kitchens plus a kitchenette mean more than one team can cook at once, so a large group never bottlenecks around a single stove.
A retreat setting in the Blue Ridge foothills
The home sits at the end of a wooded road with no close neighbors, on Lake Chatuge with its own dock. There’s a 20×50 pool with attached waterfalls and a hot tub, court sports — pickleball, volleyball, bocce, and basketball — and a long porch with views of the lake and the Blue Ridge foothills. A Luxury Tri-toon and paddlecraft wait at the dock from May through mid-September.
Hosted in person
You book direct with the owner-host — no property manager. David typically replies within an hour during daytime ET. Downtown Hiawassee is ten minutes away, and Brasstown Bald is twenty.
